General Terms and Conditions for e-commerce on the website www.napolni.eu operated by PSE d.o.o.

Processing orders and claims

Processing of all orders and confirmation of your order as well as all other requests every working day Monday to Friday between 9am and 2pm.

Prices and validity of the offer

Prices are displayed to all iTshop e-shop users. All prices on the shelves are retail prices (MPC) displayed in EUR and already include VAT. For most products, the discount percentage is shown, except for products for which a uniform price is required by the manufacturer or supplier. Discounts are not cumulative unless you specify a gift voucher code at the time of ordering. Minimum one-time purchase of EUR 50.00 for certain products is also the minimum order quantity. We reserve the right to change prices without notice and if the price changes at the time of ordering we will try to find the most appropriate price with the customer, but we also allow cancellation of the order. The validity of the invoice is 5 days. The order placed does not reserve the products from stock! On the date of payment of the invoice, the order is confirmed and the delivery period for the ordered products starts.

Procurement procedure

You add the desired products to your basket and make a non-binding E-order via the checkout. When you place your first order, you need to “Log in” to create your own user account. After successfully submitting the E-Order via the checkout, your submitted message is processed and we will send you a feedback message via e-mail about the successfully submitted order and an invoice. In the next step, please wait for the e-mail that your order has been successfully submitted“Order Accepted” and then you can make the payment of the invoice. We will send the order message within one or two hours during normal working hours, and in exceptional cases within 24 hours at the latest. Your order will only become valid upon payment of the invoice amount into our transaction account.

Operating time

You can visit the shop 24 hours a day, every day of the week and year. Visiting an online shop is no different from visiting a regular shop, you select the product you are interested in, put it in your basket and complete your selection by going to the checkout.

Payment methods

The payment process is carried out exclusively by bank transfer and payment security is required for deferred payment:

  • Payments by Bank Transfer are made to the transaction account SI56 2900 0005 5372 016 (UNICREDIT BANKA SLOVENIJA d.d.) for reference or. Reference enter 00 and the date of the order in the purpose field and enter in the order code field. Once the amount of the invoice has been transferred and the payment confirmation has been received from our bank, the order is confirmed and the delivery time for the ordered products starts. We will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your invoice payment. You will be notified by email when your parcel has been collected by the delivery service.
  • Deferred payment by invoice for up to 30 days applies only to PSE Business Communications Ltd. contractual partners who adequately secure their payment

Delivery time

For most products, the delivery time is as stated at the time of order. If the product you want is not in stock, we will let you know the exact delivery time after accepting your order. Stock changes daily and in the event of a sell-out, it will be replenished within 3 weeks or a suitable replacement for a newer product will be proposed.

Delivery

Free delivery for purchases over EUR 99.00 in our shop is only valid for the territory of Slovenia and is exclusively through the delivery services of our contractual partners. There is no possibility of collecting the products in person, except by special arrangement at the customer’s request. In the case of delivery outside Slovenia, the current price list of the selected delivery service will apply.

Return of products

If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you may withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the products. within 15 days of receipt, without giving any reason, by written communication to PSE d.o.o., Rakuševa 22, 1000 Ljubljana. You must then return the products within 15 days of the date on which the cancellation notice was sent. Products must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. You must enclose with your refund your bank account number to which we will credit all payments you have made. Products cannot be returned if they are no longer packaged in the original manufacturer’s packaging and if it is found that the contents of the product have been copied or altered, including destruction caused by the consumer.

Warranty and authorised service

The warranty period is stated on the invoice or warranty card, together with a list of authorised repairers. The warranty is valid subject to the instructions on the warranty card and the presentation of an invoice.

Complaints and compliments

In case of ambiguity in the terms of purchase, the rules of Consumer Protection Act shall apply. If you have any complaint, suggestion or perhaps even a compliment, please let us know via the online form.
